We met with Marisol in late June to interview her for a position as a nanny with our family. Because of her amazing references and experience, we offered her the job and she accepted. Marisol agreed to start early August. Since our meeting, we have tried to get in touch with her to finalize details. We have sent multiple text messages, voicemails and messages through SitterCity with absolutely no response. She has left us in a very difficult position having to begin our search again with very little time. We cannot begin to express our disappointment with her utter lack of professionalism and common courtesy. In an age of digital communication, it is so simple to send a quick message to let someone know you've changed your mind or found a better fit. We were completely fooled by her friendly appearance and claims of being reliable.
