Hi! I’m Nadia, I’m 30 years old. Chicagoland born and raised, with 10+ years of professional childcare experience in multiple and various roles from mother’s helper roles to full-time live-in Nanny / House Manager positions. I typically work in house manager–style roles and consider my caregiving approach very much that of a family assistant. I thrive in positions that combine attentive childcare with household management, organization, and daily operational support. I’m highly organized, proactive, and comfortable keeping a household running smoothly — from managing routines and schedules to light household coordination and general organization. I’ve worked with children of nearly all ages, from 5 months to 17 years, and have cared for up to four children in one household. I have experience with special needs & other various disorders and/or “issues”- mental health related issues and such.. Autism, autistic spectrum, developmental delays (i.e. nonverbal), ADHD, ADD, ODD and anger type Read more issues, anxiety and panic disorders, etc.. I’m also very familiar and have used and worked with the Montessori approach & methods • hands-on, engaging, stimulating type activities and such. I am confident balancing multiple children, tasks, and schedules while maintaining a calm, structured environment. I own my own reliable vehicle (seats 5) and have a clean driving record. I’m vaccinated, pet-friendly (I love animals), and hold both my CNA and CPR certification. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker. I’m also a part-time online student studying child development, with plans to pursue my RN (eventually, not currently). I’m fully comfortable with background checks, providing references, commuting, and traveling with families. I’m very flexible with schedule, days, and hours, and open to both part-time and full-time positions. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or if you’d like to hear more — I’d love to connect and see if I could be a great fit for your family.
Trust & safety
