Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I’m a Health Science major at Howard University, where I’m also a member of an athletic team. I plan to pursue my master’s degree in pediatric medicine, and working with children is something I’m genuinely passionate about. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children by promoting positive behaviors, patience, and emotional development. Through this role and my previous childcare experiences, I’ve worked with children of various ages and needs, giving me strong skills in communication, structure, and safety. I’m responsible, energetic, and attentive, and I always strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I would love the opportunity to support your family and provide dependable, compassionate childcare.
