I lost my job because of the pandemic. I have two teenage daughters so I’m good with kids. I had lots of practice with my cousins, nieces and nephews. I have lots of energy to play with the kids I consider myself a kid at times. I’m very responsible, fun and happy person with good energy. I love taking the kids to go out to eat, shopping/mall and movies things that I would do with my own kids. I have my own car but I’m open to drive other vehicle if you guys are more comfortable with that. In the summer time I love to take the kids to the park, pool and beach. My previous job was for galt toys galt baby in Northbrook court mall so I know a little something about toys for kids what’s popular what’s safe. Even though I’m not certified to install car seats Read more I know a thing or two about them. I know how to build strollers I know what stroller to use depending on the ground you want good wheels good suspension. I know a little bit about furniture what’s toxic with chemicals for kids if is not gold certified to go straight in the babies room or if you have to leave it outside the house in the garage for gassing. I’m looking for a flexible job that can work with my schedule and my daughters and husband since we only have one car at the moment I dropped off my husband at work in the morning and my two daughters go to highland park high school different schedules but I’m practically in my car most of the time that’s why after school babysitting is easier. My daughter is graduating soon and I’ll be dropping her off at school and picking her up but my schedule should stay the same available after 3:30 but for weekends I’m free if anybody is interested in date night and you guys need a sitter. Im okay with small dogs but no cats I have really bad allergies. I hope there’s a family out there looking for someone like me to give me the opportunity to look out after the baby. Another thing that I used to do back in high school was volunteering to read books to the elementary school, soup kitchen and art. I love painting, drawing and coloring that’s something that can be fun to do with the kids that I’m babysitting I love reading books. I like going to the library and letting the kids pick a book for me to read to them I feel like if you get them involved in any way they love that they have more fun because they are being included instead of just me picking the book.
