I am going to be a sophomore in college this fall majoring in exercise science, with a goal to become a physical therapist. The last two summers I have been a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor, first at a public pool and then at a summer camp. I had to teach about 3-5 students at a time and had to design lesson plans for student. My favorite part of the job was seeing students improve over the summer and be able to reach their goals. Some things about me, I love horseback riding and baking! I used to also teach horseback riding lessons at a summer camp. I truly love teaching children and seeing them succeed, it always brings a smile to my face. The greatest part of working with children though, is creating a special bond with every child.
