I am a very caring, responsible adult who loves children of all ages. I have some early childhood education obtained during high school. I was a full time nanny for 7 years for 3 great girls. They grew up and went off to school and sadly no longer needed me as their nanny. I was in the business world for 5 years in management. I realized I miss being in the world of little ones. I was caring for a family with 3 children from September 2015 through February 2016. The family decided to put the children in school as to give them a little more social time, and no longer needed my help on a daily basis. (They are still using me as an "as needed" nanny/sitter). From August 2016 through May 2018 I cared for a family with 2 children under the age of 4 years. The family Read more decided Mom would like to stay home with her children on a full time basis and they no longer needed my help as a full time nanny. This family still uses me on a as needed sitter (they have since added another adorable little girl to their family). From October 2018 through March 2020 I was a full time nanny for a family with a little girl who was 2 months old when I started. The pandemic allowed Mom to work from home and I also was looking for more of a semi retirement job with less hours. I am looking to help families who need a sub- nanny/ Grandma. Someone who is looking for a sitter once to twice a week on a regular basis would work well also, as long as you are willing to work with flexibility on trips planned. I am quite flexible. I would love to find someone who needs me to care for their little one (s). I believe in making playtime a time for learning too. The world around us is always teaching us something. It's just a matter of looking for the learning experience in everything we do. I always put 100% into everything I do. I would be available to start any time after Feb 1, 2022.
