Jackson Brown, Jr. Growing up with multiple cousins, helping to raise my niece and nephews AND my younger sister was very hard work, but it's brought me to understand children in a way that I never would have thought to otherwise. I use to think children were all the same: loud, messy, and cranky. But the more I was around them, the more I realized that each child was a unique little person, each with their own personalities, thoughts, feelings, and desires. I've always been able to relate well to children, and I love that they're so honest. I believe that I was put here to nurture and teach others what I know, and kids' minds are sponges that absorb everything at s mind-boggling pace. I love reading to kids and seeing their fascination that Read more a whole other world exists between the pages of a book, a world they never knew existed. Singing to and with children is a fun way to get them interested in new things, and singing and reading are two of my favorite pastimes. Crafts are another; I would always be trying to come up with new, fun things to do with your child, obviously based on age. My niece is seven, soon to be eight, my nephews are six, seven, and 1, and my younger sister is six, but I've been a big part of their lives ever since they were born, so I'm familiar with taking care of all ages. I will admit, children can be taxing sometimes, but patience and love are the two main things they require. I do not have have a vehicle, but my mother can take me where I need to be. I hope to babysit for you in the near future! ❤️
