I have been a nanny over almost 20 years! I am also the mommy to a 2 year old girl. We are a military family! I love each and every child like their are my own. I enjoy being outdoors most of all. I love exploring new parks, playing sports, and taking nature walks. I encourage the kids to try new things, play with other kids, and to not give up on themselves. Sensory play and reading is another favorite. The previous families graciously have allowed my daughter to join in on their child’s adventures and milestones. We are hoping to find a family that is looking for a long term nanny. Also, a family who will kindly allow my daughter to join in a few days a week. Either my home or yours! When we met Natalie, her energy was so welcoming and comforting that we knew it would be a great fit. We personally chose to give her space to nanny our daughter in her style with a few guidelines and we have been very impressed by her ways. Natalie has stimulated our daughter's mind through the day and has a great nurturing way with her. She engages with our daughter actively through sensory activities, reading, coloring, crafts, music, motor skill activities, and lots of excursions outside, like walking to parks and driving to the library or other indoor activity facilities (always asking permission to go on an excursion). She also assists us by bringing our daughter to physical therapy once a week. We also allow Natalie's daughter to join whenever she wants as she is the same age (off by 1 week!) as our daughter and they have quickly become best friends. We have Natalie come to our house, per our agreement, but now two days a week she takes our daughter to her house for the day. It is set up great for kids to explore and play and we trust our daughter in her home. We are sad to let Natalie go, as we no longer need a nanny, but the next family is extremely lucky!
