Growing up I’ve always had a very nurturing demeanor, At the age of 12 I began volunteering as a youth teacher for Sunday school and also did VBS. Fast forward a few years in high school I took a child development class, that allowed me to plan and facilitate activities with the children that would help enlighten different sensory areas of the children’s development. I also began babysitting for family members on “date nights” and such. By the age of 20 I began earning an income while babysitting, but in my eyes I never viewed it as just babysitting. I grow a bond with each child I supervise. I love to watch them grow into their own little person and the ways in which their personalities sprout. Childcare is a very beautiful gift.
