Hi! My name is Courtney, and I am 18 years old. I graduated from Manteno High School in May 2021, and walked with cords for honors grades and National Honor Society which combines high academic scores with community service and volunteering. I have always loved kids, and the first time I babysat was at age 10! I have watched up to 3 kids at a time over the years. I have experience with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, and other various learning disabilities along with non verbal children. I have an almost 2 year old nephew that I absolutely adore spending time with! I love to help kids learn and develop while having fun doing it. I love to come up with new learning opportunities, crafts, and games to play! I have volunteered at Fortin Villa daycare for months at a time and loved it, as well as Read more being a dietary aide for older people in an assisted living home who no longer have the cognition they once did. I know how to administer first aid and CPR as I have taken multiple courses on both. I am very patient and high energy, and can bond with any kid of any age!
