I began babysitting children around the age of 13, it then continued throughout my high school career. In my free time growing up I would babysit community kids as well as some of my family members. In my junior and senior year of high school I was involved in the Child Care/Kiddie City program at Marion High School. In that program we teach children ages 2-5 lesson and prepare them for Kindergarten. Through this program I am CPR certified, ECE certified and have Early Childhood course work. Along with this I have a 24 year old sister who is special needs that I care for at home. I am currently attending John A Logan with the hopes of becoming a Special Education Teacher in the future.
