Being raised in my mother's home daycare, my love for children started young. As I got older, my ability to help her increased. During high school, I took up Child Development classes as well as First Aid and Safety, Culinary, and CNA. From January to July, I was an Assistant Teacher at Little Wings Childcare and Learning Center. I worked in the 2 year old room. Although I testified to the "Terrible-Two's" phase, it didn't overcome me. Growing up with an autistic brother has helped me develop patience and understanding towards those with different abilities. I find myself having alot of patience dealing with older people and really older people in some situations and kids can sometimes be just as much if not more overwhelming than complicated adults at times.
