Hello! My name is Jacky and since I can remember I have always wanted to work with children. While in High School I was in the Teaching Academy program and had several internship opportunities. Moving forward to College , I began to take early childhood courses and since have been taking classes online/city college. I like to describe myself as an energetic and creative person. I love the outdoors, so hiking is one of my favorite things to do on my free time as well as writing, reading and listening to music! I have had the opportunity to work with several age groups. I have been to teaching internships, nannied/babysat children before. I have worked in a child care center and took several trainings (Shaken Baby syndrome, SIDs, food-handler, mandated reporter, and etc). I would love to continue to expand my experiences in the child care industry.
