At first she had great communication with us but when it came to the day of interview she completed ghosted our family and was a no call no show. We expected at least common courtesy to inform us so we could make other arrangements to meet but still unprofessional behavior of no response. Very disappointed since we do not like leaving bad reviews but when it comes to our children and our time this matters.
