Hello, I’m Tracie! I’ve been a mother for 21 years. I was a stay at home mom with a core foundation of hands-on learning through fun activities, play and outings. Raising children has been the most rewarding experience in my life. As my children got older and were around less, I transitioned into working in Pre K and elementary classrooms. Six years ago I started working in the high school setting in the Special Education department. I have been an aide to classroom teachers and a one on one assistant to students with special needs. My passion has always been working with kids, whether my own, in the school setting or as a nanny. My experience as a mother combined with years of working with children of all different ages and backgrounds has taught me that building strong, positive relationships with children is key in their success.
