We interviewed Deima for a position as a part-time nanny. Prior to the job beginning I asked Deima if she'd be interested in watching the children for a day I needed to go in. I asked her Tues if she'd be available Friday, in hopes that all would go well and we'd offer her the permanent position. Deima said she'd be available, I texted to confirm on Thursday and called and left her a message. She never returned either and just completely ignored me and I didn't end up making it to work. Prior to this she texted me almost everyday asking if we had made a decision yet, so that was quite odd behavior, hopes she's alright- 3 days later I've yet to hear from her.
