Hello! My name is Amanda Sharkey and I am the oldest (with my twin sister) of 5 children. I believe this is where my desire to help others started- as an older sister. I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and in September I will begin my doctorate in Occupational Therapy. I am studying Occupational Therapy in order to help others optimize their independence. In the past, I have been a nanny for a 9 year old girl while her mom is out of town for up to a week at a time. This included getting her ready for school, cheer practice and voice lessons as well as cooking, cleaning and taking care of their two dogs. Event though it was a job, I always enjoy spending time with her!
