Hi! I'm Lauren, and I would love to help you care for your children! I am eighteen years old, and am a college freshmen at the University of Arizona, in Tucson. I am a pre-nursing major and hope to be able to go into pediatrics, or neonatal care. I will be home for the entire summer, starting in mid-May until about mid-August. I love being around people, especially children and strive to make sure everything that I do is for the bettering of those around me. I would be 100% willing to get a background check upon request. My past babysitting experiences include spending the summer of 2010, 2011, & 2012 babysitting three boys of the ages (6-12 through the years). I spent all day with them, typically from 7am until 5pm. Once that summer came to an end, I got a job at the Sugar Grove Family Fun Center Read more where I worked with various groups and ages of customers. I became the neighborhood babysitter depending on the night. Parents would call me when they had plans, needed a 'mothers helper', or needed their own quiet time. Four children is the most that I have babysat at once. From feeding, to getting them settled into bed, and then asleep; I covered it all. I am comfortable being around any age group, and have no problem working any hours. I also do not have a problem with any sort of pets (however, care for anything besides a dog, cat or fish, I would need explanation of). I have my own vehicle that has three seats in the back, and the passenger seat (depending on how old the child is). I had the opportunity during my senior year of high school to shadow nurses at our local hospital, so I was able to get some hands on experience in Pediatrics, NeoNatal, Post-Partum, and in an elementary school setting.
