Growing up, I was a babysitter for local families in my hometown. During college, I was a Lead Child Specialist at Crisis Nursery in Champaign, IL. I was responsible for overseeing care from anywhere of 5 to 15 children at a time. At the nursery, I received more experience working with children from Birth- Age 6. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from UIUC in 2018 and am in my third year of teaching 4th grade in a school in Northbrook. Along with dedicating my life to teaching young children, I am extremely flexible and am able to really work with the flow. I am quick to think on my feet and love being with any range of children! Also, I adopted the most amazing puppy, Milo, right before COVID had started! Lucky me! I would be more than happy to manage some pups as well. I am Read more vigilant in maintaining social distancing when necessary and abide by all CDC, state, and local guidelines. Understanding the necessity of sanitizing and following COVID protocols has proven to keep me healthy throughout this pandemic.
