Hello my name is Alina and I am 25 years old. Currently, I am working on my own personal development and business venture. My experience in childcare varies from babysitter, nanny, and a teacher's assistant in a childcare center. Along with babysitting over 10 different families, I was a full time nanny to a 6 month old boy and 4 year old girl. I have also taken an Early Childhood class at the College of Lake County, where I was a teacher's assistant to many wonderful preschoolers. I learned developmental skills, lesson planned, and made great relationships with each of the kids. I love children and love making up fun activities for them to do. I believe that kids should play outside and get fresh air everyday (if not too cold). I enjoy being active with kids and making sure that they have plenty of opportunity to express themselves and Read more have fun. I also make sure children receive the proper amount of nurture and discipline to ensure their success in life. I have been with many families and they have all treated me like I was part of the family, so I would love to be part of another one :)
