Hi, my name is Mickey and I have been doing child care since my 27 yr. old daughter was 6 years old. I live in Plainfield Il. and have lived in the Naperville/Plainfield area since 1976. The first full time family I worked for had 3 boy's, 3,5 &9 when I started watching them. I worked for that family for 4 years. Once the boys were all in school I started working for another family, again 3 children. Two boy's, one girl. Alecia being the youngest was 2 when I started watching them and she is now 11. Joseph was 4, now 13 and Michael was 7, now 17. I was with with them for 9 years. I adore the kids and love the work I do. Alecia also has ADHD, so I've had some expierence with that. I have a 27 yr.old daughter of my own so I know a little bit about taking care of girls as well as boy's!! Read more ;-) I actually got my most recent job through Sittercity, in July of 2011. A girl, 4 at the time and a boy 13 months. They are now 6 & 3. My employer just lost her position which leaves me unemployed as well. At this point, I'm looking for something part time. I have excellent references and have been blessed with wonderful employers and great kids!!
