Chaos is an environment I thrive in. Both patient and fun-loving, I am looking for a family needing an occasional babysitter, as I work full time as a High School Social Worker on Chicago's south side during daytime hours. I've held paid positions working with children since my early teens and have worked with all ages, ranging from tiny newborn babies to silly toddlers to sassy teenagers. Reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors are just a few of the way I like to keep the kids and myself busy. I've have most recently been employed as a Medical Social Worker, Community-Based Counselor, Youth Care Worker, and Foster Care Case Manager. Additionally, I have experience working with children with special needs and/or difficult behaviors. I am available weekday evenings, and most weekends.
