Hello! My name is Emily and I am a 24 year old part-time student and babysitter, working as a private Nanny since 2010. I started my Nanny career in Glen Ellyn, caring for a family with 3 children (ages 11, 8, & 4) for about 3 years, and was most recently a full-time Nanny in Aurora for three kids who are also ages 11, 8, and 4. I was with them for almost 2 years and have had to seek other opportunities as the 4 (almost 5!) year old goes off to all-day kindergarten. Both of my jobs have been great experiences and I am excited to meet new families and continue to utilize my skills as a Nanny or Babysitter! I live by myself in Aurora and am seeking mainly full-time work but can also consider part-time positions. I currently work weekends/date-night sitting 2-3 nights a month for 2 Read more different families with children ages 5mo-5 years but would like to work much more than that. Because I genuinely love what I do and have a passion for working with and caring for children, I am a very involved caretaker and thoroughly enjoy hanging out with kids! I graduated in May with my Associates degree in Arts and will be attending North Central in the fall to continue my studies as an Occupational Therapist, as I aspire to continue working with children. I am CPR certified (adult, child, and infant: completed summer of 2014), and have my own vehicle for transporting myself or children if needed. I am flexible with scheduling, punctual, and responsible. I take the responsibility of keeping the little ones safe very seriously and have been trusted to do so for nearly 5 years!
