Monica applied for and interviewed for my job to pickup my three year old up from preschool. She accepted the job when offered and subsequently ghosted me. For over a week I textes her asking her to pickup the carseat and car tag for school pickup. No response. My daughter had no one to drive her as Monica accepted and ghosted a week prior to school starting. I was clear in the interview about my expectations and that I am paying for a service since I single parent and need the help. Unprofessional and rude
