I'm a stay at home mom with two amazing children ages 17 and 13. I worked as an RN for 15 years in critical/ICU setting until my husband joined the military and I decided to be a stay at home mom. On Sundays, I teach second grade bible at First Baptist Church in O Fallon; I have also volunteered the last 2 years for FBC's week-long summer bible camp; working with 2 year olds through 1st grade. In addition, I volunteered to watch 9 children (ages 2-11) for 2.5 hours during our homeschool group (2018-2019). I love children. For me, being a mom is the best job in the world. I love to do things outside: walk, bike riding, playing games. I'm very creative with activities to keep kids busy and learning new things. One of my favorite things to do is reading books.

I am a College Freshman at SIUE . I have been babysitting since I was 12 and have worked as a camp counselor for kiddos in kindergarten. I am currently am cpr and first aid certified and have proof of such if needed. I don’t mind pets or light housework, and I am willing to drive kids to activities and such. I’m 19, I grew up with 7 siblings and very busy parents, being the eldest girl I was always the one taking care of my siblings in any way I could. I got the kids dressed, fed them meals, took them to sports, ect. Growing up I also helped with most of the house work, helping clean up after my family which I loved. When I was old enough to get a job I took that experience and start babysitting and nannying. I also got a job in early childhood education. I taught ages 1-14 swimming skills, safety, and general pool knowledge. I have experience with special needs I worked for a family with three autistic boys for a year. Hello! I've been work with kids since I was about 12 years old and in professional childcare for about 2 years now. I've worked as a teacher's assistant in two facilities, one elementary/middle school (Hanrahan Elementary), one preschool/infant care (Little Sunshines Playhouse), and a week-long stay-away summer camp with high schoolers (Kids Across America). I'm CPR certified through the American Heart Association and have put those skills to use before. I've also owned pets (cats, dogs, and fish), so I'm more than willing to work with kids and animals!
