Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I’m an experienced childcare professional and mom with a genuine passion for working with children. I have several years of professional childcare experience, including working as a Lead Teacher in a childcare center. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children and am comfortable with everything from bottles, diapering, and naps to playtime, activities, meals, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. I have my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential as well as First Aid certification. My professional experience has taught me how to care for children with different personalities, routines, and needs while keeping them engaged and supported throughout the day. I am dependable, patient, responsible, and believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore. I enjoy creating age-appropriate activities, getting outside when possible, reading, playing, and following each family’s routines and parenting preferences.
