Hi! My name is Sophia, and I’m a responsible, caring, and dependable sitter. I’m currently a student at Illinois State University studying elementary education, which has helped me understand how important patience, creativity, and structure are when caring for children. I love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident. I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and supporting their growth. Watching children learn, laugh, and build confidence is so rewarding, and it’s a big reason I’m pursuing a career in education. Babysitting allows me to do something I love while gaining hands-on experience with children. I have several years of babysitting experience with children of various ages, from toddlers to preteens. I’ve cared for multiple children at once, helped with homework, prepared meals and snacks, handled bedtime routines, and planned fun activities like games and crafts.
