Hi! I'm a sophomore at Illinois State University majoring in Health Sciences, with hopes of becoming a pediatric occupational therapist! I have 5 years of babysitting and childcare experience working with children from toddlers to teenagers. I've also spent the past two summers as an Inclusion Counselor at Sunrise Day Camp, where I worked closely with children with disabilities, including autism. During high school, I also had the opportunity to work with students in our special education program, which helped grow my passion for working with kids of all abilities! I love building meaningful connections with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can be themselves. Whether it's doing crafts, playing games, helping with homework, or just spending time together, I always try to make every experience enjoyable! I'm also comfortable with meal prep, bedtime routines, and light housekeeping. I've completed and passed my CPR, First Read more Aid, and AED courses and exams and am currently waiting to receive my official certification. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family!
