Hi, my name is Elayna! I am a senior college student majoring in Psychology with minors in Counseling and Women & Gender Studies. I have both educational and hands-on experience working with children. I have 8 years of experience in child care, working with children of various ages ranging from one to fourteen years old. Through my college coursework, I’ve taken several child development courses and gained a strong understanding of how kids grow, think, and behave at different stages. In addition to my educational background, I’ve worked as a nanny for a young neurodivergent boy and have cared for children of various ages occasionally multiple at a time. I’m reliable, patient, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities while maintaining a fun and safe environment. I take a hands-on approach, and my goal is to stay active and engaged!
