I’m Alexis and I just recently moved from Illinois back to my home on the east coast. I’m married with 2 kids and a bonus child. A pre-k girl, a toddler boy and 11 year old lad. I have been babysitting since a very young age. It started out with my sister and then cousins. I’ve worked with infants through to teenagers. I was an intern in an alternative classroom for children with developmental disabilities in an elementary school while attending college where I was an RA (aka college student babysitter) as well as working 1-on-1 with a teenage girl in the high school's alternative classroom for students with behavioral issues. I also worked as an employment training specialist for high school students to aid them in finding work. In that time, I coached a girls travel AAU basketball team of high schoolers. I had also helped my Aunt when Read more she first had my cousins, premature twin boys, one of which had physical and developmental disabilities. And now I’m a stay-at-home mama and the president of a moms club. I love children and my passion is youth and giving back to others.
