Hi there! My name is Frances, but I go by my middle name, Reese! I am a Registered Nurse with 4 years of experience in Critical Care. I primarily work with adults, but I have always wanted to work with children. I am the oldest child of four - I began my experience as a caretaker and friend at the age of 9. I am creative with an affinity for fun, but I know not to push others out of their comfort zones. The best I can do is support, encourage, and empower them to feel like they can do it - when they can do it will be up to them. I am great in the kitchen - sweets are my thing, but I do know how important my fruits and veggies are. I love being outdoors, but I also enjoy videogames as well. I know what TikTok is! Read more and although I do not actively use social media often, I am more than willing to learn a dance or two. I live to learn and understand those around me, and by working with your children, I get to help foster an environment that they can perceive positive growth in. :)
