We hired Danya in the summer of 2019 to temporarily care for our 2 kids M-F in the weeks prior and after giving birth to our 3rd child. We needed someone reliable, stable and trustworthy in this short time period and she totally missed the mark. She was consistently late every day, and not just 5-10 minutes late, but 30-45 minutes late, over an hour late one day. We tried to work with her and be flexible on the start time, even padding the start time by an hour to ensure timeliness. She was still 15-20 min late. Two days after coming home from the hospital with our new baby boy, she just didn't show up for her shift. We called, left messages, none of which were returned. We would have appreciated honesty and transparency if the job wasn't the right fit for her, and would have been understanding...especially during such a pivotal moment in our family's life. So disappointing.
