Hi! My name is Genevieve. I’m 19 years old. I love working and being around kids honestly just because they make me smile and laugh. I want kids of my own one day so i appreciate any opportunities i get to practice taking care of them. I took early childhood freshman and sophomore year in high school and over the summer i’ve worked as a swim instructor. I taught kids ages 15 months-14 years. I also have 2 young nephews (5yrs old and 3yrs old) who i frequently babysit. I’ve had experience watching newborns and toddlers …yes i’m okay with changing lots of diapers! I’ve also have type 1 diabetes for 13 years. I am more than prepared and comfortable taking care of a child with type 1, or a different health condition- as long as i have some guidelines.
