Hi! My name is Annelise, I have worked in child care for over 4 years with all ages ranging from infants to school age. I have a passion for watching children grow and learn about the world around them. I have many trainings that I complete and update yearly, including SIDS/SUID, CRP/First aid, food handling and nutrition. I have also completed some education in early childhood development and education as well in child psychology. I believe that engaging with children on their level and on their interests is important to learning and development. I also don’t believe in time outs as it doesn’t teach a solution to a problem and instead finding a cause and a healthy way to manage the many emotions and strong feelings that a young child has. I have a reliable car if needed for transportation and a very open and flexible schedule.
