Hello! My name is Angela, and I am a graduate student at UIS looking to make some side money to help pay for school expenses! I have previously babysat for about 3 ish years. I have experience working with kids between the ages of 4 and 10, but I am open to working with whoever. I also have previously worked with individuals with disabilities, so I am open to that as well! I am a very patient and friendly person and I love being a sitter because I love meeting and working with kids. Working alongside children is something that I wish to do as I grow older and start practicing as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Not only can kids learn from me, but I can learn so much from working with children of various backgrounds and I always have a fantastic time. I grew up as an athlete, Read more so I have a lot of love for sports as well. I also love reading, so I would previously read to a lot of children I watched. Ultimately, I made sure that each child that I worked with had a great time. I really emphasize activities that do not involve technology as I want to minimize screen time for children and really encourage talking, reading, and playing board games.
