Hello, everyone! I am a recent graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I majored in Human Development and Family Studies. During my time in school, I worked as an Assistant Student Teacher in a preschool classroom and grew so passionate about early childhood development and education. I am currently working as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Oak Park Friends School, and it has been an absolutely wonderful and fulfilling experience. My students bring so much light and joy to my life, and I couldn’t see myself working in any other field! My current goal is to further my education by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Child Development so that I can continue to grow my skills and devote myself to childcare.
