My name is Joanna, and I am currently a student studying social work. My passion for working with children has contributed to why I decided to become a babysitter while in school. I care about working with children from a holistic perspective. For me, this means learning about a child's personality, their environment, and their aspirations to encourage them to develop their strengths all while having fun and keeping them engaged. I am the oldest of four children, so babysitting comes natural to me. My babysitting experience includes being a nanny for a toddler for two years along with working with a family who had two ten year-old twins. My experience has varied from working with young to older children. I feel very confident in working with a range of age groups and multiple children. I am CPR certified, and I have completed multiple courses on abuse and neglect training Read more for children and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
