I know that I would make a great caregiver because I CARE! I love to meet new people, get to know them, care for them. I am very responsible and take what I do very seriously. I am fun to be around as well! I have a lot or experience caring for others.... I worked with different teachers in a couple different schools, but mostly with sixth grade learning and behavioral disabilities, some physical as well. I had very good rapport with my colleagues and the students that I oversaw. Students often came to me not only for educational purposes but for personal issues as well which I was happy to help with. I have also been a nanny for several families over the past 10 years or so. Three of these families had children with special needs including sensory processing disorders and learning disabilities. I was in charge of Read more cleaning around the house, transportation, homework management, overall safety was the main objective. I helped with the special needs of the children who needed it and learned a lot from that. I enjoyed this a lot because of the connections I made with the families. I would love to make new connections with people I would care for!
