Anaiz applied for our available job position, she said she was very interested. We answered to her application and during our communications to set a time for an interview she simple stopped responding to my emails. When she didn’t answer to my email, I even sent her an additional email to confirm she was no longer interested in the job. She didn’t answer to that email either to at least have the courtesy of letting us know she was no longer interested or available. I believe she lacks the level of responsibility, maturity and professionalism required to care for an infant and I am glad this fell through before hiring her.
