Hi my name is April I’m 44 I have 2 boys 19 and 23 who are out on there own and adulting very well. I’m currently employed with Merry Maids in Anderson I absolutely love it yes very hard work but I’m a people person outgoing personality and I love to clean I love helping others feel stress free, happy, and peaceful because the house is clean and kids are taken care off. I use to run a daycare from home and some of the parents was on the state assistance so the state would actually pay me which mean I had to get approved from the state they was very impressed I had a calendar of our complete day I had a mat, blanket, and pillow for each child for nap time we had an art wall where the kids would draw and make things for there self or Read more family members. We had story time, breakfast, lunch, snacks and each parent had to provide food on different days I kept a record of how well they read and write. I had a folder for each child with a stapled laminate index card with child’s information. All children had to prove updated immunizations. I had record of any foods child was allergic to and any know allergies. I gave a full report on what each child did and learned for the parents daily. At the end of each day we all got in a circle called our prayer circle and we go around and each child said something they enjoyed about the day or made them happy and gave thanks to God each child took turns giving thanks daily! I’m happy and patient and show each child attention with love, support, safety, and lots of fun! Thank You.
