Hi, I’m Emily! I’m interested in a part-time babysitting or nanny position. I’d prefer afternoon/ evening hours (weekends, too!), due to working nights for many years (the occasional morning is ok). My own kiddo is 10 y/o and goes to his father’s house on weekends during the school year. I’ve worked as an Occupational Therapist, caregiver for people with disabilities, and also as a caregiver for seniors. I’m thinking that a change might be nice, and I adore kids! I don’t have any paid experience as a babysitter, but having my own two kids and babysitting friends’ kids has prepared me pretty well for most situations. I do have some experience (brief clinicals during my OT education) working with First Steps babies, kids on the Autism spectrum and kids with CP. I also have CPR/First Aid experience, and would be happy to get re-certified if needed. I have my own Read more vehicle and a clean driving record. I absolutely love all pets! I’m happy to clean and don’t mind fixing snacks and light meals, but I’m definitely not the greatest cook (but happy to try!).
