Female, 21. I have 2 children under the age of 5. I have been caring for children since I was 8 years old. I grew up providing for my siblings due to an absent mother. At a young age I was a teacher, nurse, cook, therapist, and so much more to my siblings, cousins, and many other children. I am currently at stay at home mom! With my children I practice gentle parenting on a daily basis. I understand how difficult it can be to put the care of our child/children into the care of a stranger, so I’m am grateful for any opportunity that I’m presented with and can assure you that your babies will be safe with me. To give you an idea on how I am with children I spend my days with my own reading, practicing learning materials, spending time outdoors, singing and dancing, arts and Read more crafts, learning how to handle our emotions in a healthy way, cooking(healthy meals), and just providing them with the care and attention that they want and need. In the past when I’ve cared for other peoples children I loved to voluntarily provide a daily sheet to provide any details regarding the time I spent with them while your gone. This sheet would include what they ate including the time, diaper changes, activities, their moods through out the day, any concerns, so so much more! I know that when my children were in daycare I was always curious to just know about their day so i loved being able to provide that for the parents. I’ve always been a babysitter for relatives or close friends so I currently do not have a résumé. This is my first time looking to reach out to the public for an opportunity to care for children so I am new to the process.
