I am currently transitioning from a 60 hr/week corporate job to a better work/life balance, so that I can spend more time with my elderly parent. I have worked for Grace Church daycare, and I helped my sister to raise her 2 young children when she divorced. I have a calm and comforting demeanor, and I enjoy 1:1 engagement with children of all ages, but I prefer ages 2+. I believe in providing timely updates to parents, and I always do a pre-interview meeting with the children.
