Meet Johnai

I’ve been around childcare my entire life. My parents owned a childcare center in the 90s and brought it to Indiana in the early 2000s, so growing up I was always surrounded by children of all ages. Because of that, I learned early on how to help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I officially started assisting in the childcare setting at age 13, helping with daily routines, meals, activities, and supervision. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with feeding, hygiene, engaging children in developmental activities, keeping them safe, and understanding different behaviors and needs. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, which has strengthened my ability to handle emergencies and provide safe, attentive care. Being raised in that environment taught me patience, responsibility, and how to care for others with kindness and consistency.
