Hello! My name is Kat and I have multiple years of experience with infants as well as children 1 year old to 12+ years old. Childcare has always been a passion for me as I strive to put a smile on children's faces. It is fulfilling to me as a childcare provider to witness the children grow, learn, and achieve new milestones. During high school I took child development courses as well as an advanced child development course. I have also completed a child care course, first aid course, as well as a CPR course. I used this experience to gain after school care jobs for families with children ranging 1 year old to 12 years old. I love to plan activities such as games, crafts, and reading time. I believe in children engaging in more than just TV and electronics. I enjoy making learning a fun activity for the Read more children. In conclusion, I am an experienced childcare provider who goes above and beyond the general expectations. I provide a fun, but most importantly safe, environment for children of all ages under my care.

We had 2 visits with Katelyn in our interview process for our nanny. Katelyn was so sweet and kind to our 2 kids (3 and 7mo) and she has a very gentle way that puts you at ease. She played games with them and was able to manage the 2 of them well. She is easygoing, responsible, and has good work history as a nanny. Ultimately we did not hire her because our daughter hit it off with another nanny but it was a tough decision because of Katelyn's experience and personality.
