I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. It’s rewarding to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. I am currently in PA school, and prior to that, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children of all ages, especially those with autism and other special needs. This experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding children’s individual needs and providing effective, compassionate care. I have hands-on experience working with children with diverse needs, including behavior management and structured learning techniques. I also have skills in food preparation, basic sign language, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children. My training as an RBT has equipped me to handle various situations calmly and effectively.
