I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old and have always loved it. So much so that I am a senior at Purdue University in West Lafayette studying Developmental Family Science with a concentration in Child Development. For more on my experience, I started watching a newborn girl when I was 12 and have babysat for her and her brother (born after) ever since. They are now 10 and 6. Three summers ago I started nannying part-time for a 1 and 3 year old girl who are now 4 and 6 years old. This past summer I also worked as a teacher's aide for summer enrichment. With my experience I am comfortable working with kids of all ages and completing tasks such as diaper changing, giving baths, bottle feeding, burping, preparing meals, driving around, helping with homework, etc. I am also CPR certified by Red Cross and have Read more worked with children who have severe allergies so I am trained in using EpiPens if necessary.
