As a teen I babysat for many children of all ages (infant-middle school). My own kids are now in college and high school (senior), are excellent students and overall decent, down-to-earth humans. I worked as an RN for 22+ years including 10 years in NICU caring for premature and ill newborns. Currently I am taking a needed break from that career to do something different. I have always enjoyed caring for children, and I am interested in doing that part-time. I am big on reading and learning through every day activities. I prefer that TV or computers for young children be limited. I have a completely clean DMV record and a reliable, safe vehicle. For the past 3 years I have worked with a family with 3 children (newborn-5), doing meal prep, childcare, organizing, laundry and more, and continue to do so.
