Hi, my name is Sylwia! I'm 20 years old and a student at Purdue University. I speak Polish fluently and I'm currently learning Spanish! Last school year (Aug-May), I worked as a teacher's assistant at Happy Hollow Elementary. I gained a lot of experience not only in teaching and guiding students, but also in learning how to communicate with younger age groups. Growing up, I helped care for my little sister. Our parents worked long hours and didn't speak English well, so I became her main source for help- whether it was driving her to/from places, making appts, helping with school, etc. At Purdue, I study Health Sciences:Pre-Med and Psychology! I'm familiar with health/safety and I'm also trained in CPR/Lifeguarding. As a psych major, I've gained a lot of insight into how people learn and develop.
