Hi! I’m 19 years old and have been working with Honey Grove (before and after school child care service) since I was 15, primarily with kids ages 5–11, and during the summers, ages 4–13. I’m still happily employed there today! I love that every day brings something new, and I genuinely enjoy jumping into activities and having fun alongside the kids. Working within a public school system setting, I’ve gained experience supporting children with special needs—including those with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and non-verbal communication styles. While I’m newer to babysitting, I’m confident in my ability to keep kids engaged, happy, and safe—while also making sure routines and responsibilities are taken care of.
